What the website collects

When you request a consultation, the website records the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, phone number, how and when you prefer to be contacted, a description of your matter, and any consultation time you request. When you ask for a checklist, it records your email address. The website also records the date, your internet address, and your browser type to help prevent misuse of the forms.

How it is used

Your request is saved in the website's database, which only the firm's staff can view after signing in, and it is sent by email to David M. Radner and his assistant so the firm can respond to you. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or newsletters.

Fonts

Pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your internet address with Google when it downloads the font.

Please do not send confidential details

Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential details, sensitive documents, or account numbers until one is established. When David needs documents, the firm will send you a secure upload link.
